I have to share something amazing with you! I got a psychic message for a simple, quick energy technique to calm your mind and body. It's so easy! You can use it any time.
I was feeling stressed recently. I was mentally stressed but my body was also stressed. I have techniques to relax but they weren't working. I tried breathing, walking in nature, meditating, sleeping more, listening to soothing music. All good ways to de-stress and restore. But the stress continued. My body was getting overtired from the stress, as well.
Finally, I thought to ask for psychic help. I sent this psychic question out, "How can I calm my mind and body. How can I regenerate?"
You'll be surprised at the psychic solution! It worked!
My instructions were to touch an object and tell it aloud that I loved it. What?! But I tried it. It worked. Plus that, it was so easy. And I didn't even have to get up from my desk!
Why does it work?
Here are my thoughts: When you are stressed, the energy in your body is agitated, uneven. When you touch and focus love into object, your energy focuses and begins to flow in the same direction. Your energy smoothes out. Your body calms down. When your energy is flowing smoothly your body can relax. Then your mind can calm. Easy!
There's just one thing you need to know.
You know I like to experiment before I share something with you. So I tried touching and loving lots of things. I discovered that if I touched and loved a simple, non-living, non-moving object, it worked. But if I did the same with a plant or my computer, it didn't.
Why? Electronics and anything that works with electricity, and is turned on, are buzzing with energy. There is nothing wrong with using electronics. But they hold too much active energy for this exercise. But your desk, cup, notebook or the wall work!
Humans and plants are alive with quick moving energy. When you touch and give love to a living thing, there is always an interaction. There is always a giving and receiving happening at the same time. It might be calming but at the same time, it also stimulates a response in you. The energy exchange could be wonderful, but your system also processes or reacts to the interchange.
An inanimate, or non-living object also has energy, but it doesn't seem to have the same level of response. The object allows your system to focus your energy into a flow that is going one way. That's calming.
Now you try it.
Try it and see what happens--even if you're not stressed.
Touch the closest object near you.
Tell it you love it. For example, I touched my desk and said, "My desk, I love you."
Touch another object close to you and repeat.
Repeat with 2 or 3 more objects until you notice your body and mind are calming.
